  This is an excellent Law Firm! Cindy Radomsky is an amazing attorney who provided me with such professional service at a time when I needed to know this process would be done with all of my well being in mind. She and her team provided excellent customer service and made themselves readily available at all times. Cindy is direct and tells it like it is. I knew every step in the process and trusted in her opinion and guidance. Her Paralegal Nia, was also a force in this process. I was new to the state of Virginia laws, but with this team, I knew every step to the end and was beyond satisfied with the outcome. There's enough emotion and stress happening to not have your attorney team add to it all. They are a relief in the process. Good people who know their job.

  After speaking to a few attorneys about my case Sonya was the only one who felt confident she could help me get the outcome I was looking for and she delivered. She had the experience and knowledgeable about the law, the judges and the other attorneys and likely outcomes to put together a strategy and help me make the right decisions that lead to a fair settlement and equal time with my kids. I owe this all to her because I wouldn’t have been able to have the time and relationship I have with my sons if it wasn’t for her. If you want someone who can fight for a fair settlement but is also ready to go to court if needed look no further.

  Sonya Powell and her incredible team have been lifesavers and game changers for me. With an incredibly complicated case I was turned away by many legal firms as too "complicated" but when I met the laser focused Sonya she just said one word "goals". What are my goals. From then onwards Sonya proceeded to win all the motions and eventually I was awarded full custody of my three children. I had Sonya on speed dial 24/7. She never missed a call and was always contactable. I would not be here where I am today if it was not for Sonya. I am forever grateful for Sonya and her incredible team.

  I initially reached out to Cindy through the recommendation of a friend 16 years ago. At the time I just needed help drafting a custody agreement that would be amicable to my son‘s mother, but also not leave me feeling marginalized. I had been working with another lawyer at the time, but his methods and advice came off as very “corporate”. After my first consultation with Cindy, I knew I wanted her to represent me. She was professional, knowledgeable but also with a touch of sympathy that let me know she understood the struggle I was going through. She was able to draft an agreement that allowed me to be highly involved in my son‘s life and not just a “weekend warrior dad.” Through the years as my son grew older, I would reach back out to Cindy for additional advice and consultation, which she always seemed to know the right things to say and respond with. This went on for nine years until I took my son‘s mother to court for additional custody days.
