I had an employment issue and found Brian Ebert through a colleague. Contacted him, spoke to him personally on the phone, explaining my problem. He asked me to email him, outlining my problem, including any relevant supporting information. I never met this man, never spoke to him after this initial phone call. A week later he emails me back saying he can not help with my problem, then he sends me a bill for $380. I paid this bill but i was in complete disbelief. What was this $380 for, for him to read the emails and determine he could not help. Unbelievable.
