- ZSZack ShochetSep 17, 20251.0David Sher is one of the ultimate worst lawyers I have ever hired in my entire life. Not only did he refuse to review the evidence that the prosecution presented. He refused to defend my constitutional rights when I am COMPLETELY INNOCENT…. Because the criminal charge they pressed against me stated verbatim that the defendant must have “had intention” to do the crime. Which I HAD NOT ONE SPEC OF INTENTION TO COMMIT A CRIME. I was redressing my grievances to government officials which is a state and federal constitutionally protected activity and is not the legal definition of criminal computer harassment. This lawyers incompetence lead to me being labeled as “ Un-hirable” by the background check company that most corporate companies use called “CHECKR” Not only did this man destroy my chances to counter sue for constitutional rights violations, he got me banned from my Jewish temple, and he did not do his due diligence to defend my innocence. This man is a disgrace to all lawyers and he should feel horrible about his actions
