  I was struggling with a family issue and had contacted 3 attorney's before I found Penny Schumann, she was willing to listen to my problems and help me along the way. She even taught me how to check records at the City and County Building. When the problem looked like it was going to need a different type of lawyer, she got me in touch with an attorney that could take it to litigation. She is worth the phone call.

  Penniann was fantastic! I requested estate planning, and she created a will, trust, final directive, and powers of attorney. She left detailed instructions for my beneficiaries on what to do upon my passing. In addition to a well organized paper portfolio, she sent all documents electronically. She went the extra mile to call my title company in another state, to deed that property into my trust. She was very patient; explained complex legal concepts in a way I could understand (she even drew pictures). Reasonably priced, and a great pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!!
