That day he secured a single phone call. Jake and his firm have completely wasted our time and now our money for absolutely nothing, and we are now scrambling to make up the time lost in waiting patiently for his advocacy. For comparison, we contacted another law firm that accomplished more on our case in 10 minutes than this office in 21 days! EDIT: As for the response below, it's called a pseudonym, and very few people use their actual name across all google services. Truly shows how kept up this firm is. Get with the times, guys!
