Zach and Carina always treated me like a human being and had my best interests in mind. For me personally, I appreciated Zach's approach of we will notify you of any updates or changes, no need to constantly call us for updates. Sometimes I would hear from them twice a month, sometimes after five or six weeks. Ultimately it's a slow grind process and I really appreciated that I didn't have to constantly call for updates and knew my case was in safe hands.
