  Kris Greenwood is an outstanding attorney that delivers results. He listens, prepares and then explains the facts of the case in clear and concise language. Every single motion that has been filed against me has been denied by the Davis County 2nd District Commissioner and Judge. Kris is batting 1,000! On top of that, his rates are fair and he minimize preparation time because he grasps concepts quickly and has a deep understanding of the law. I give Kris my strongest endorsement.

  Negative 2 star review I regret hiring this law firm and working with Jaycee Webb. As a 56-year-old man going through a divorce, I needed competent legal support, but what I received was far from satisfactory. Initially, I retained this firm for $5,000, with the understanding that my primary concern was to address a protective order against me before any work on the divorce proceedings. Unfortunately, Jaycee failed to issue a counter-protective order. This negligence allowed my wife to pile on numerous orders against me, compounding my troubles instead of alleviating them. The representation was minimal at best. Jaycee attended only one mediation session for me and provided no other legal advocacy. Her excuses for not receiving responses from the opposing counsel were frustrating and unacceptable. Eventually, I felt compelled to halt all work until I found new representation, which I should have done much sooner. To make matters worse, it was evident that Jaycee was unprepared during the mediation, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. My new attorneys from Kauffman and Kauffman managed to correct her mishandlings in just one month, achieving results that Jaycee couldn't. They described my situation as having "handed them a dead carcass," which highlights just how poorly my case was handled by her. Jaycee also had the audacity to charge me $4,700 for no emails she sent to me with excuses that she couldn’t get anything done. She has also put a lien on my house for $4700. I should be able to take her to small claims court or have some kind of legal recourse. If anyone has any advice for me, I would welcome it. My experience with Jaycee has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will ensure my complaints are shared widely across all possible platforms to warn others. Save yourself the frustration and find a more competent attorney.
