The overall approach felt inattentive and unprofessional. Deadlines were treated casually, and correspondence lacked the level of care I would expect from a law office handling serious matters. In my opinion, the firm’s conduct reflected a lack of urgency and professionalism that made an already difficult situation more frustrating than necessary. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
