  I had a question about a denial of a claim for property damage (through my State Farm renter's insurance policy), and Dan was kind enough to chat with me on the phone about my options. He certainly didn't have to do this, and I really appreciate him taking the time and his friendly demeanor.

  Dan and his team helped us through a difficult time after our son was injured. They went above and beyond with our case and kept us informed through the entire process! Dan has so much knowledge and experience with injury cases. He know exactly what to do. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

  If you have been in an accident I would highly recommend Dan Birtch! They are very professional, experienced and hard working. I was hesitant to get a lawyer but in the end it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was in a serious car accident. I was overwhelmed with all the bills and trying to work with the insurance company. They called weekly to try and get me to settle even though I was in a lot of pain. I hired a popular attorney in Utah, “One call that’s all” and it was a nightmare! It was not one call. They lost my paperwork and continued to switch who was over my claim. I finally, fired them and reached out to a friend who was a lawyer. He told me about Dan Birtch. Cheryl was at my house that week collecting all my paperwork and taking notes of the accident. They told me my neck should not be hurting this bad and said I needed a MRI and I needed to see a Neurosurgeon. The MRI showed that I needed two disc replacements. If it weren’t for Dan Birtch I would’ve settled early out of pressure and continue to be in pain. They are the best law office in Utah for personal injury! I recommend them to everyone. They have helped two other friends of mine. It sounds dramatic but they changed my life. I am forever grateful for the time and work they put in. They are very caring and will do anything to help you.
