  Reached out to Mr. Day to help facilitate a factual innocence stipulation for a wrongful arrest. The stipulation was already agreed-upon by counsel, and Mr. Day informed me that he was puzzled and had never done any kind of stipulation in his tenure for a wrongful arrest. I asked him as a criminal attorney why he would not have any kind of information regarding the ability to file for the recognition of a court for a wrongful arrest, and he repeated himself stating that he had no knowledge of being able to do that. If this is the criminal attorney that you would like to have representing you that has no idea how to represent you when you are innocent I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

  Other reviews say they can’t recommend Preston enough, and I wish I could add something better — but they’re right. Getting a DUI was an awful experience, and I knew I needed a good attorney.
