  Be cautious when dealing with this law firm. While I have no opinion of the attorneys themselves, one of their paralegals has extremely questionable ethics. Do your research and make sure you know who you select to represent you if using this firm!

  For a couple of years I had an attorney whom I won't name. This attorney's main function was apparentlyTo take money from me and hinder me getting my checks. I constantly had to go to their office and wait in the lobby for sometimes hours to get my check. They would never have time to see me or talk to me. I finally fired that attorney because I couldn't get paid from them. Then I went to Vail, cross and associates.. Because I lived out-of-state in Alaska David Vale Made the time to speak with me personally. He assigned a paralegalTo work on my case and to be a liaisonThat I could reach out to at any time. My final outcome was a full pension. Vale cross and associates got me the pension that I desperately needTo live my life. My physical pain will most likely never go away. But I am very comforted to know that my family will be taken care of by Vale, cross and associates even after I leave this world for the next.
