  I was a client of Pacific Cascade Legal and my case was resolved back in October of 2025. I was assured that the remaining balance of my retainer would be returned to me in 90 days. Why does it take so long, I have no idea. It’s the end of March 2026 and I still have not received my refund. SMH. They really hound you about taking your money but can’t be depended on to return it.

  I had the pleasure of working with Christy Carpenter, a LLLT, for the unexpected parentage case for my daughter. Christy is very knowledgeable on family law matters and much more affordable than an attorney. She is always respectful, responsive, and honest. I would for sure work with her again in the future if anything arises and recommend her to anyone looking for help in family law that may not have the funds for an attorney. Christy is just as great.

  I scheduled a free consultation for 11:30. They called at 11 o’clock when I was not expecting. I called back at 11:30 to see what happened and to talk to a lawyer but they never called me back. Absolutely horrible service.
