    This was a amazing team to work with! The professionalism received from both Susy Heatherly & Cecile Hedrick far exceeded our expectations. The contant cries for help from me leading up to and completely our 1031exchange never seemed a burden on them. They literally 'held our hands' gently though this daunting task. We highly recommend reaching out to their firm if you are questioning your options.

    I utilized McFerran Law's services recently to accomplish a 1031 exchange. They were wonderful!! Beyond words! With their guidance working with 2 totally different escrow companies, they ushered things thru where I closed the sale of my rental (that I had for 34 years) on a Wednesday, and purchased my replacement rental on Friday! These are closed and recorded! They gave help when needed, and a nudge when required. And their video's give the background so that is easy to grasp what is going on and has to happen.
