  My Father needed help to update his Trust. We were referred to Marine View Law and were able to get an appointment right away. We had the privilege of working with Erik Wise. Erik is extremely helpful and efficient. He knows exactly how to word the needed changes and communicates right away when you need a question answered. Erik was able to expedite the whole process to get it done quickly for us. The whole office was knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with.   If you are looking for a probate attorney who is highly competent, trustworthy, and capable of handling complex estates, I highly recommend Renee and her associates at Marine View Law. I retained their office under incredibly challenging circumstances. My brother had been missing for seven years, and I was trying to manage his estate from Colorado. Marine View Law successfully navigated the state system to have a Death Certificate issued, untangled a web of outstanding loans and liens against his property, and kept me informed every step of the way. Managing a probate from a distance requires an immense amount of trust. Because my brother’s house had been vacant and unmaintained for seven years, it was in terrible shape. Renee went above and beyond by connecting me with a fantastic local realtor who provided a contractor to handle the repairs and successfully sell the home.
