  I was represented by Janice Langbehn from 12/2021 to 08/2026. Janice got me through 2 complicated legal cases as follows. 1. A very complicated divorce. Janice was very organized and well prepared for all of the court hearings over 3 years which culminated in a final divorce trial lasting 4 days. I recommend Janice to represent anyone in a divorce that finds its way to the judicial system (avoid that place if you can b/c it is a mess!). My divorce trial was a circus put on by the other side. I am so thankful to Janice and her colleague Jason Benjamin for their wise counsel and hard work to get me through that part of my life. 2. Custody of a child who was fostered prior to the separation and later adopted by my ex-wife post divorce. This was my purpose for hiring Janice originally. Janice has a background in the state foster system. She introduced me to the De Facto Parentage law and we proceeded with a petition and was successful. She is undoubtedly the most knowledgable attorney regarding this area of law. This case was also a very complicated case involving the appellate court as well as proceedings in 3 states. I am so thankful to have been granted the De Facto parent of my little girl. She loves living with her sisters. It was all worth it! Thanks Janice!

  Kevin and his paralegal, Sherie were outstanding! Both listened to what I had to say. Kevin is a fabulous lawyer - forthright, factual and no bullshit! Sherie was beyond amazing! She was quick to respond to messages, answer questions and basically held my hand through the process! I m so grateful to Kevin and Sherie for getting the job done!   Going through my divorce was one of the most stressful and difficult seasons of my life. I am so thankful to have found Anna Linden to both represent me and walk me through the complexities of the legal system and divorce/custody process. She was caring and trauma informed. I really felt like she was in my corner and took the time to understand the details of my case and needs. When we had to go to court, she made me feel at ease and confident. Donna Anderson also played a big part in making sure my case was organized and was quick to respond. They worked together beautifully as a team. I HIGHLY recommend working with Anna if you want a competent, confident, and caring lawyer to guide you, represent you with intelligence and show up with care. I am more grateful than I can express!!
