  When it comes to an auto accident or personal injury, I know I can always rely on Pendergast Law. I had the opportunity to work with Vinny throughout my case. I’ll be honest—there was some back-and-forth in the beginning, but once everything got moving and he was able to move forward with my case, the process became much smoother. After that, I worked with Storm, who handled the negotiations. Within about a month, Storm was able to negotiate a settlement that I was very happy with. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and professionalism that both Vinny and Storm put into handling my case. Would I recommend Pendergast Law to my friends and family? Absolutely, YES! If you’re ever in need of an experienced and professional law firm after an accident or personal injury, I would definitely recommend giving them a call.   I am very grateful to your firm for responding to my review. This is exactly the kind of explanation that, in my view, was missing from the initial response to my inquiry. I contacted your law firm because I was facing a difficult situation and was seeking a professional evaluation of my case. I understand that every attorney and every law firm has specific areas of practice and that a firm is not obligated to accept every case that is presented to it. If, after reviewing the circumstances, you concluded that my case falls outside your primary area of practice or requires an attorney who specializes in a different area of law, that is a completely understandable and acceptable response to me. The issue was primarily the way the initial rejection was communicated. It did not come across as an explanation that the matter was outside your area of practice. Instead, it felt more like a formal response indicating that the firm simply was not interested in my case. Because I reached out for help while dealing with a genuinely difficult situation, that response felt rather cold and somewhat dismissive. Your subsequent response to my review significantly changed my impression. I now better understand the firm's position and the reasons why you are unable to handle this particular matter. Therefore, under different circumstances, if I have a legal matter that falls within your areas of practice, I would certainly consider contacting your firm again for legal assistance. At the same time, my case is also connected, to some extent, with consequences affecting my health. For that reason, I still have questions as to whether at least that aspect of the matter might fall within your firm's area of practice. Thank you again for taking the time to provide a substantive response and to clarify your firm's position.

  If there is one piece of advice I could give anyone after being in a car accident, it’s this: Get a lawyer. Immediately. It is non-negotiable. When I was hit, I had no idea what I was walking into. I thought it would be a matter of filing an insurance claim and focusing on getting better. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Between insurance companies, medical records, paperwork, legal questions, and trying to recover from a traumatic brain injury, it became a full-time job I was in no condition to manage. We reached out to a few different law firms, but Pendergast Law called us back within hours. They took the time to answer every question we had, explained what to expect, and by that evening we knew they were the right choice. We signed with them that night. Ironically, we’re still waiting to hear back from some of the other firms we contacted. Throughout the process, I always felt like I had someone in my corner. They handled the things I didn’t even know I needed to worry about, kept me informed, and made an overwhelming process feel manageable. That peace of mind was invaluable. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how anyone navigates a serious accident without legal representation. Even if everything seems straightforward, it probably isn’t. There are so many moving pieces that most people don’t even realize exist until they’re living through it. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at Pendergast Law for helping me through one of the hardest seasons of my life. While no one hopes to ever need a personal injury attorney, if you do, don’t try to do it alone. Your future self will thank you.
