  I have been with James for a couple decades, and I can tell you, James fought for me . He prevented me from just taking the crumbs that were offered as compensation for my injury. I highly reccomend this man as someone you can trust to protect your intrest and get you the compensation your injury deserves. He is a very good attorney at law.

  I’d give a 0 if that was an option. He is extremely rude, disrespectful and condescending. He talks to clients with no respect. Doesn’t communicate about case and never received ruling or anything letting me know outcome of case. He was very argumentative with the judge in a very disrespectful manner had my jaw-dropping. And of course, lost my case. Afterwards he stated he needed to go have a drink. I wanted representation that looked like me, what a mistake. I’ll never hire someone based off that ever again. Lesson learned.

  Won a SS disability case for us. Very straightforward and not just looking for a guaranteed winner like some we contacted. Two other attorney said we didn't have a case. Even if you have been told NO I would take the time to contact him for an evaluation.

  Do not trust your disability case with this lawyer. He lacks the ability to communicate and to show empathy towards those with mental disabilities. In fact he talks down to those he feels he can take advantage of because of the disability. He does not return phone calls, or include the client in communications with the court proceedings.
