We provide notary public, power of attorney, basic estate planning, and attorney consultations for service members and their family members--subject to confirmation of eligibility outlined in 10 U.S. Code § 1044(a), and AR 27-3, para. 2-4.
Notary Public and Special Power of Attorney services are available on a walk-in basis, Monday through Friday. We do not offer General Power of Attorney services. Attorney consultations are conducted on an appointment-only basis. Attorney consultation services are typically available Monday through Friday.
