  One accident is too many but each time we get involved in one we always turn to Mr. Ye and his team. They are highly competent, client-focused and responsive. We received periodic status updates even during waiting periods with no significant progress, which shows their care towards their clients. I highly recommend them!

  I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough. This was my first-ever car accident, and the process was honestly overwhelming and scary—especially having to go through a deposition and arbitration. From start to finish over the past two years, the entire team was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. They took the time to explain every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I never felt left in the dark. During the most nerve-wracking parts of the case, they were calm, prepared, and reassuring, which made a huge difference for me. In the end, I was found not at fault, which was such a relief. I truly felt that they advocated for me every step of the way and had my best interests at heart.   The Ye Law firm is outstanding. I have known attorney Chong Ye for many years now as a colleague and can honestly say that he is the most genuine lawyer I have had the pleasure of meeting over the years. We often talk about business and how to approach personal injury law in general. His approach to business comes from a place of caring deeply about his clients and understanding what they are going through. He is not only a very nice guy but he gets really good results for the people that he helps. I get the sense that while he is nice guy, he does not take any baloney from the insurance companies and is the aggressive advocate that people need. Injured in Washington? Give them a call.

  I hired Chong Ye a year and a half after my accident. I was constantly stressed about paying my medical bills and worried I would not get a decent settlement from Geico. Chong and his team were a pleasure to deal with and releived the burden from me so I could focus on my health, family and work. Very professional and available when I had questions and did his best to get me the best possible settlement.
