  Avoid these guys as much as possible. In case of any post closing disputes, they won't help you with anything. We bought a house, and know what? The seller did not provide the updated Bylaws The seller did not disclose that there was a crawlspace The seller did not disclose that there are settling issues with the house. And what does Peet law (our closing attorney) do? Respond with the below: Our firm does not handle post-closing dispute resolution.
