  It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a poor review. They don’t communicate very well (especially email). Also, I don’t feel like they did a good job accommodating our business needs.

  Our experience with McCarthy and Akers was great from star to finish. I met Doug McCarthy at a seminar hosted by Bradley Comstock. I learned a lot at the seminar that helped me to decide to move forward with our Estate planning and Will. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and our planning was very pleasant. If you are considering preparing your Estate and Will I highly recommend Doug McCarthy.

  The McCarthy and Akers team presented and executed a very thorough and complete living trust for us. They were friendly and helpful explaining the process and ensured we made choices that were in our best interest. Estate planning was an overwhelming task we put off for too long.
