  Our organization could not be more grateful for Ben's help with getting our slogan trademarked. As a nonprofit, resources are scarce and this type of stuff is COMPLETELY out of our wheelhouse. When we reached out to Ben, he immediately jumped in to help us and even brought us some AMAZING ice cream! He is thorough and helpful and took the time to explain everything to us.   Found Mr. Rothermel and his firm on an internet search for someone to file a trademark for us for our name and logo.. the process with Ben was a delight! He is very kind, open ,and upfront about everything.. he was honest about what could happen and we didn't feel like he made promises that this would absolutely go through -but made us aware of what could happen with it all.. He was also very open about all the costs and we did not run into any issues with getting billed for anything unexpected! At this point, things are moving forward favorably for our trademark and we want to thank Ben for all his efforts for us! With our experience with this firm- we can definitely recommend !
