I am incredibly grateful to Mr. Pincus and his team for taking my case on such short notice. From the beginning, I explained that what mattered most to me was having some sense of safety and reaching an agreement that I could genuinely feel comfortable with.
He listened to what I needed, advocated for an agreement that addressed those concerns, and was willing to make changes to the language until I felt comfortable with what I was signing. That meant more to me than I can express.
After months and months of feeling like my concerns about my safety were not truly being heard or taken seriously, it was an enormous relief to finally feel listened to and protected. I walked away feeling like I finally had some peace of mind and could breathe a little easier.

Adrienne Goodman was assigned to be my now almost 15yo son's GAL in 2022, after his father filed an emergency motion for custody, falsely accusing me of being suicidal. The motion was denied, yet the case lingered on for almost a year. Her advocacy to remove him from our home where he grew up, his school, his friends, and his mother resulted in multiple illegal orders.
She had an interesting influence on the judge, tim quick, and he appeared to make rulings, some previously ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme court, based on her word. The current orders he signed 3 years ago, without a trial,or evidence presented, were written by her and signed by him.
After her involvement, both my son and I almost gave up on life, just like the original motion that she picked me apart for accused. Her description of his grades as “mediocre” during his first year of middle school for having mosttly Bs and Cs, despite having ADHD which was not medicated, and his confidence starting to soar, and him voicing his desire to not move, resulted in his confidence and grades plummeting.
Based on her recommendations, without evidence, he was forced to move to an environment where he started failing almost all of his classes, ended up on probation, expelled from school, and to this very day says he wouldn't be like he is now if he had never been forced to leave.

Adrienne particpated in that.
Mr Pincus was absolutely the right choice , he was amazing and he not only won he went way past that, he made sure right was right . The Portsmouth judge seem to really like him. Mr Pincus has an entire team and they all make the difference
Mr Pincus, where do I start ? From the first call, he set my mind at ease. I had a serious charge.
He told me relax and that I did the right thing. He is the total complete package. Charlie was head and shoulders above everyone in the Portsmouth, Va courtroom today and it was even close.
His execution of the plan along with his team providing live real time data that proved to have undeniable weight that forced a dismissal. He is smart, our meetings were brief and he kept me Informed. We didn’t just win , we won won!
Mr Pincus is now our family attorney for all matters that may come up, as we were leaving we discussed doing a trust , and guess what ?! They do estate planning too. I could not be happier , I would give em 10 stars if they let me .

Do not let this firm anywhere near your case. They give the worst advice and defense. They are never prepared, wait until the last minute, and are bothered to answer questions. Do not even let them draw up agreements. You will do better representing yourself with the help of ChatGPT. Run away - do not waste your time or money.
