  I don’t wish for anyone to have to be involved with a lawsuit. But, if you find yourself in a complicated situation, they are there to ease the burden and get top dollar for your accident. Yesly Ramirez, has been so helpful and comforting during this entire ordeal. She stays on top of things and kept me updated through everything.

  When I first called Allen & Allen, I was very nervous and scared. I had so many questions and honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was connected with Yesly and Anna, and from the very beginning, both were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They answered every question I had—even the little tiny ones! Yesly was the person I spoke with 99% of the time, and she was absolutely amazing. She coordinated everything with me, followed up after all of my doctor’s appointments to see how they went, and asked what each doctor recommended for my treatment. She always made sure I understood what was happening and that I never felt like I was going through this alone. If Yesly didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, she would go directly to Anna, the attorney, and get the information for me. I truly don’t think there was one point throughout the entire process where I didn’t feel fully supported by Allen & Allen. Of course, these processes can be long and sometimes overwhelming, but having the right team by your side makes all the difference. The paralegals do so much behind the scenes to keep everything moving, and I honestly don’t know how I could have gotten through this without Yesly. I had an amazing team by my side, guiding me every step of the way. They continued to fight for me, worked hard to get me the most from my settlement, and made sure I felt heard and supported throughout the entire journey. I will be truly grateful to Yesly, Anna, and the entire Allen & Allen team for everything they did for me. ❤️ Thank you for fighting for me and standing by my side every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better team!

  This was the first accident I’ve ever been in, and Attorney Scott Carlton and his legal assistant, Rachel Veloz, made a difficult experience so much easier for me. They were always there to answer any questions I had and spoke up for me when I didn’t feel like I had a voice to speak for myself. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me throughout this process. Their support, patience, and professionalism meant so much to me. I would definitely recommend Attorney Scott Carlton and Rachel Veloz to anyone in need of legal assistance.
