  I can't recommend this firm enough. From the very beginning, everyone was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. The communication was excellent, and they always treated me with kindness and respect. I never felt left in the dark, and they worked hard to make sure everything was handled smoothly. A special thank you to Bethany and Courtney. They were the two people I worked with the most, and they were absolutely amazing. They were always patient, quick to respond, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate all the support they gave me throughout this process. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work. I'm incredibly grateful for everything you did for me, and I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients. Five stars isn't enough!

  After handling a wreck on my own a few years prior (which was a royal pain), I reached out to BKB after my van was hit, rolling an breaking several ribs. My experience with them was MUCH reduced paperwork and guesswork. They were professional, attentive, and ready to go to court if the settlement wasn't good enough for me. All the paperwork with insurance, medical facilities, and the insurance groups of the person that hit my car was handled accurately and timely. While I hope I don't need their services again, they're the right choice.
