- TVThomas VaskoJun 4, 20261.0Called them in September of 2025 because someone totaled my car. They said they would take my case. From the very beginning it was nothing but incompetence. They never did what they said. They never called back when they said they would, never updated me when they said they would, just wasted my time for a year only to call me today and say they don't want my case. Putting me in a bind to try and find someone else. The other driver was convicted of failing to stop at a stop sign and wreckess driving. I would not be upset if they let me know sooner. I was very patient with them. Now every time I see their commercials it makes me sick. I would give them a ZERO star if they let me. Save yourself time and disappointment. Get yourself a local lawyer.
