  Review: my experience with Morgan & Morgan was deeply disappointing. While they successfully settled my injury case, the entire process was an absolute nightmare. The primary issue was the complete lack of communication. Once I signed the contract, I was totally ghosted. Phone calls went straight to voicemail, and emails were ignored for weeks at a time. I was passed around to four different case managers, meaning I had to explain my medical history and accident details from scratch every single time. When the settlement finally happened, it felt incredibly rushed. It seemed like they just wanted to clear their caseload rather than fight for what my injuries actually deserved. They are simply too big to care about individual clients. If you want personal attention and a team that keeps you informed, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. What is the hold up for the settlement check? We settled you’ll said you have to wait for whatever before cutting the check if you’ll do this over a million times what’s the holdup? We are struggling and are so behind on bills and paying back credit cards and debit. This is embarrassing on yall end and it’s unexplainable and unprofessional.

  Called them in September of 2025 because someone totaled my car. They said they would take my case. From the very beginning it was nothing but incompetence. They never did what they said. They never called back when they said they would, never updated me when they said they would, just wasted my time for a year only to call me today and say they don't want my case. Putting me in a bind to try and find someone else. The other driver was convicted of failing to stop at a stop sign and wreckess driving. I would not be upset if they let me know sooner. I was very patient with them. Now every time I see their commercials it makes me sick. I would give them a ZERO star if they let me. Save yourself time and disappointment. Get yourself a local lawyer.

  I had the honor of working with Morgan and Morgan today and I must say I was extremely happy with the interaction. They made me feel completely confident in the whole process and was there to answer any questions I may have had along the way!

  My case has been going on for almost 2 years . My lawyer has been changing from day one at least 5 or 6 times. Not sure what to think at this time
