  I was directed by another law firm to contact this office about a payment due. I wanted information on my situation. The woman I spoke to was the rudest, nastiest, least helpful person. She started the call asking for my case number, I do not have it (wrong address on file), I said I only had an account number found on another document but I was unsure if it was what she was looking for. She immediately got ugly with me and said “that doesn’t help me”. She didn’t change my address the last time we spoke so when I told her mail has been sent to an address I’ve never lived at she got all upset saying it was her who took notes. Okay well she made the mistake of not changing my address at that time. That is on her. I am requesting a callback by someone other than her. None of my questions were answered. She told me “you can see this information on the court website yourself”. Your company needs to record calls so you can see the behavior of this woman and catch her mistakes. It’s not surprising that almost all of your reviews are bad ones about her.

  Professional, friendly, caring and concerned. Staff is top notch, surroundings lovely. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
