It seemed that litigation was almost guaranteed, and Brian, Sharon, and Valeria confidently and professionally prepared for that likely outcome. Through their expertise, however, we ultimately wound up settling all matters out of court, avoiding thousands in litigation expenses and the emotional cost of a trial. I really cannot say enough about Brian and his team. Brian was a calm presence during a highly emotional and stressful time. He expertly advised me and helped me navigate the roadblocks that came up. He was available when I needed him and went the extra mile on all matters. He was a fierce advocate for me and my interests. People sometimes say that clients are just numbers, but to Brian, I was a person. Sharon was understanding and patient, and was always a non-judgmental ear. Her presence was very calming and I always felt she had my best interests at heart. She responded promptly and had excellent communication at all times. Valeria was exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. She expertly navigated a mountain of documents and always knew the answer to any discovery question.
