  I called expecting to get the same, "we won't answer any questions until you give us your credit card number and sign a form for an hour consultation". I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist placed us on a brief hold an Attorney Ferris himself came on the line. He was the epitome of kind and caring to our situation. He listened and even after stating my concern wasn't in his area of expertise, he gave me information that could help me! I wish he could help, because just the amount of time he didn't have to spend helping me and did, makes me save his contact information for future needs I'm sure I will have. Thank you Attorney Ferris for your kindness and humanity ❤️ 🙏
