  I used Mr Russell in a case in 2016. I had a positive outcome with the case and I moved away from the area in 2020. I have had several background checks for work and to get passes on different military bases in the US because two of my children serve in two different branches of the armed forces. How ever some paperwork shows incorrect information but only on certain Virginia websites. The courts tell me to reach out to the lawyer that handled the case . Over the past couple of years I have made several calls and left messages but to no avail. No response has been given . Since it doesn’t affect my day to day life I have not made a big deal about it. I have a close friend that’s looking to put a 50 to 75 delivery trucks in the Russell Co area. We were going over some details and he ask me if I could recommend a law firm. I just said there’s one I can’t recommend my friend. I hate to be this way but if they are to busy to address phone calls of former clients you probably can’t depend on them for the best representation.
