  A huge thank you to Joseph Beale for helping our family with a child custody and support case. His knowledge and excellent preparation was evident throughout the case and while we were in court. He prepared us for the court procedures and has excellent communication skills. We were kept up to date throughout the process. I heartily recommend Joseph Beale.

  Joseph Beale did an excellent job of representing me during a difficult divorce. Joe is an intelligent, knowledgeable, and hard-working attorney. He also showed genuine concern for myself and my children during our court proceedings. It’s rare to find a good and concerned attorney, but the thing about Joe that I appreciate the most was his willingness to work around my work schedule. Joe understands that people need to balance their case with their job so that they can pay their legal bills. That’s a very rare thing to find in an attorney. I can’t recommend Joe highly enough.

  Very poor service - Beware if you have a legal insurance plan. I contacted the office to schedule an appointment to see Mr. Beale regarding estate planning. The receptionist took all of my information and asked what legal services needed. I listed 3 or 4 services. She asked how I heard about their firm and I told her through the legal plan I have with my employer. As I searched for the case #'s I was given by the legal plan, I was told that they were not taking any new clients. If this were truly the case, she could have said that at beginning of the conversation. I believe the firm made the capricious decision not to proceed because it would not generate sufficient revenue. It is obvious that the firm uses legal programs for lead generation and nothing more. Very disingenuous.
