  Alene Sprano got an amazing result for our family. After our child was in a serious accident with serious consequences, I found Alene on a Sunday morning, and she was in contact with our child by that afternoon to prepare for a Monday court date. She helped us prepare our best defense - getting ahead of what the court would want us to demonstrate. She also assisted us with0 finding the right resources for our child so that it was not just legal help they received. Her knowledge of the law and the Fairfax JDRC proved invaluable in getting an advantageous result for our child, preserving their ability to apply for college without worry about their record and to learn from their mistakes, not be unduly penalized.   If you have a juvenile who needs a lawyer call her now. Wait for that call back if you don't get her immediately!!! She is a one woman show, so don't panic like I did and call another lawyer. Big mistake. I was unhappy with how things went with the other laywer, and did a consult with Alene. Two consults, actually. Despite seeing little room for a successful outcome after a plea deal which was awful, and we weren't happy with, we switched to her. Best decision ever!!! Long story short, she guided us with kindness and compassion, told us very explicitly exactly what to do, and the very inflated serious charges against my son were eventually dismissed. It is every parent's nightmare if your child makes a stupid mistake and is being arrested. Call Alene if you're in this situation so she can help get your best outcome. We will forever be grateful to her for giving us our son's life back.

Although the initial outcome was not what we wanted as a family, she continued to support us and advocate to get us to the next best solution.
