I originally started my case with another law firm out of McLean, VA, but ended up firing them due to neglect and their unwillingness to take the time to work with my disability. After that, I reached out to Robison Law Firm and spoke with Mr. Robison, who was patient, kind, and understanding from the very beginning. This firm made accommodations for my disability, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. From my intake with Mr. Robison, to Mr. Griffen and Mr. Kolessides working on my case, and even Damon’s help from the start, everyone treated me with respect and care. Mr. Kolessides came to Winchester, VA, for my court hearings and was absolutely incredible. He was caring, professional, and fought hard for me. He worked with the Commonwealth’s Attorney and was able to get my charge reduced from a felony to a Class 1 misdemeanor. He never gave up, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident. At my first hearing, I accidentally went to the wrong courtroom, and Mr. Kolessides quickly helped me get to the right one. I felt embarrassed, but he made me laugh and reassured me that it happens all the time. Thanks to his hard work, my felony 5 charge was reduced to a Class 1 misdemeanor, with only 30 days that he was able to get approved for weekends.
