  I cannot say enough good things about Justin Watson and his assistant, Nicole Walden. Justin took on my case after I had worked with another local attorney who failed to meet deadlines, did not explain things clearly to me, and was not honest about the possible outcome of my case. The difference was night and day. Justin was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood every step along the way. Nicole was always responsive, kind, and efficient. They both made me feel comfortable sharing personal information and never made me feel judged or rushed. Their professionalism, communication, honesty, and attention to detail truly stood out. For the first time during this process, I felt informed, supported, and confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Justin Watson and his team to anyone looking for a legal team that genuinely cares about their clients.

  SUBPAR divorce lawyer…Despite me sending him a forensic accountant’s detailed findings after spending hours with me reviewing discovery documents….He never litigated for pension/retirement accounts that were abruptly emptied before and during my divorce…Despite being a high wage earner as a ER physician and co-owner of Culpepper Regional Trauma Center, , having 3 simultaneous malpractice suits, and a crumbling marriage due to advanced opiate addiction he never litigated or even asked for business tax returns, wage statements, nothing….And when I called his office***** several times, he never called me back but remarked casually to his secretary “I thought ***** said he didn’t have a pension”..huh? Have retained a different family lawyer now to get these assets, and when we complete that litigation I am going after Smith, and reporting him to the Virgina Law Board for inept litigation…he deserves 0 stars…I only put one star down because it would not allow me to post this review…

  I highly not recommend this lawyer he acts like he cares at first takes your money and does really nothing. He don’t like to answer emails back which is the first thing I asked him what is the best way to contact u 🤦‍♀️ I hate to give a bad review but this is for people not to waste your time and money.

  He's very good and thorough with his questions and puts you at ease. Instructs you with what you need to get to get done before court date and has reasonable prices considering what you get in return. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
