  Unfortunately, I have used Morgan and Morgan before I say unfortunately because they were great the first two times but this time has been an absolute nightmare. They’ve switched my Attorney three times. I don’t even know why….they give me some excuses about promotions or what have you which is not my problem…. my case has been going on for almost 2 years and I don’t even think they’ve answered the questions from the attorney. The last paralegal said she would send me a form, that was a month ago….now she’s telling me it’s due next week and she still hasn’t even sent it to me. This is ridiculous and the only attorney that I ever talked to you told me he wasn’t going to be able to get me XXX amount “if he was the best attorney in the world”. I do not want to hear that from my attorney. I just wanna switch at this point, but I think it’s too late.

  I left a one star review because you cannot leave a zero star review. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan, they are terrible, they don’t communicate very well at all. From day one when I spoke to the first person on the phone It did not sound like I was talking to a lawyer‘s office. Very incompetent on taking my information and what happened. I believe they subcontract all their work out to certain lawyers and if they feel like it’s not worth their time, they won’t follow up with you. Call somebody else and save yourself some time.

  I called Morgan and Morgan about a situation about wrongful termination in the situation that I had, but I spoke what I was supposed to speak on what I could remember cause I kind of stutter and and can't put words together. And they say they couldn't help me cuz.They thought that I was a retard or something.I don't know how you put that in another terms.I just don't recommend no one having them.They should take all the billboard signs down

  Hago esto por qué me la paso llamando a ustedes para que solucionar un caso que básicamente ya está terminado para que entregen el dinero uno los llama los trata de contactar hasta te ponen citas y ni te llaman no te responden no te dicen nada ya estoy aburrido cansado de estar llamándolos y que me diga que mande un mensaje de voz y ustedes nos llamarán cuándo es pura mentira pareciera que no quisieran entregar el dinero mi padre ya lo recibió faltó yo según le dijieron que era por que soy menor de edad tengo 17 años y mi titular es mi madre hablé con ella y dijo que recibiría el dinero y pues sigo esperando que me respondan más de 3 semanas esperando eso

  I was very disappointed with my experience. Communication was poor, and it often took a long time to get updates about my case. Some staff members came across rude and unprofessional, which made an already stressful situation even worse. The attorney I worked with was not very helpful and did not make me feel supported or informed throughout the process. I expected better customer service and more attention to clients.
