He was amazing…answered all my questions and explained a lot about the process. Even though it really wasn’t what I wanted to hear.I appreciate his honesty and the time he took to explain everything. I literally, explained my disappointment (as a whole) with law firms regarding not returning calls, and kindly asked that this be relayed to the attorney in the field needed. Nope. Nada. No reply to my inquiry whatsoever. I'm baffled that there is no concern over reviews, word-of-mouth, etc. Best of luck to others.
