Mr. Lively is so very wonderful.
He is a consummate professional.
His knowledge of the law is so impressive.
He relieved my stress and put my life back in my own hands and out of others.
He answered all my many questions in a timely manner and without a doubt is one of the kindest person I have ever met.
I would recommend him above all others.

Its been a long 5 years, and through it all Mr. Lively has been patient and helpful with my wife and I navigating the scary Chp 13. He provided great insight and support and comfort during the whole process. I must have emailed him a thousand times, and each time he responded quickly. He never sugar coated anything, just facts but helped me understand the process, the Trustee and the court. He helped us remove the fear and uncertainty of the whole process. His staff, Mindy and others were very accommodating. As long as you were honest and up front with him, he was able to help. He knows the system well. So I would give 6 stars, but 5 will have to do. If you have the fear and loathing of this process, go to him and get with him and let him help you.....you will sleep at night...trust me.

Frequently Asked Questions About William H. Lively, Jr. WHL, PLLC
What is the difference between Chap. 7 and Chap. 13 bankruptcy?
Chap. 7 is also referred to as liquidation bankruptcy or a complete bankruptcy, Debtors can discharge many of their debts and must liquidate their nonexempt assets to pay their creditors.
Chap. 13 allows debtors to establish a payment plan over the course of three to five years. This prevents them from having to liquidate their assets.

When and where can debt collectors contact me?
Generally, debt collectors may contact you by phone, mail, email or text message. Under the FDCPA, they may not call before 8 AM or after 9 PM without your permission. They might call you at work, but if you inform them that your workplace does not allow you to receive these calls, they must cease.
Can a creditor try to collect if I file bankruptcy?
When you file for bankruptcy, an automatic stay takes effect, putting an immediate stop to most debt collection efforts. If you have debt, you need not endure harassment. The law protects your rights and provides options for relief from debt.
