Its been a long 5 years, and through it all Mr. Lively has been patient and helpful with my wife and I navigating the scary Chp 13. He provided great insight and support and comfort during the whole process. I must have emailed him a thousand times, and each time he responded quickly. He never sugar coated anything, just facts but helped me understand the process, the Trustee and the court. He helped us remove the fear and uncertainty of the whole process. His staff, Mindy and others were very accommodating. As long as you were honest and up front with him, he was able to help. He knows the system well. So I would give 6 stars, but 5 will have to do. If you have the fear and loathing of this process, go to him and get with him and let him help you.....you will sleep at night...trust me.

As a former member of the judiciary, while serving I was not allowed to comment on any lawyer due to ethics, now retired I can say with great enthusiasm that Bill is a caring compassionate attorney who will walk his clients through a delicate tense time and counsel you all the way. He delivers personal service and his staff is just as kind and knowledgeable as he is. I highly recommend him to handle any personal or corporate bankruptcy! Mitch Henderson
