  Tate law office has been one of the best decisions I could have made! Going with them has made me have peace of mind. Their team is incredible! Claire, Robby, and lori, have all been incredible to work with and very knowledgeable.   Would give 0 stars if I could. I contacted Tate Accident Law after suffering what I believe were serious injuries at a water park, including a concussion and a foot that was torn open. Because my case apparently wasn’t valuable enough financially, they declined to represent me. During my conversation, Sarah made me feel as though I was being blamed for what happened instead of taking the time to understand why I believed the facility had been negligent. Regardless of whether a firm decides to accept a case, clients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. Almost verbatim quote from Sarah “If you didn’t want to be injured why did you go there?” As if I was responsible for suffering an injury someone else inflicted upon me without my consent. What happened next was even more disappointing. Tate Accident Law has two offices that share cases. After being declined by one office, I called the other hoping for a second opinion. Before I could even explain my situation, the man who answered said, “You spoke with Sarah, right? She already closed your case,” and then laughed. I could also hear another woman laughing in the background. Whether they intended it that way or not, the experience left me feeling mocked and dismissed at a time when I was seeking legal help after an injury. It gave me the impression that if they don’t believe a case will generate enough money, compassion and professionalism disappear. Every law firm has the right to decline a case, but there is no excuse for making an injured person feel ridiculed. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.
