  From the very beginning, Matt and his team made me feel like I was in the right hands. When I first reached out, I was in an extremely vulnerable and emotional place and honestly felt like I was asking for a miracle. My first conversation was with Christy (Matt’s paralegal), and she immediately stood out to me! She is direct and straightforward, and I could also feel her compassion and genuine willingness to help. She took the time to talk with me for about 30 minutes, answer my questions, and honestly just help me feel a little more hopeful during a very difficult time. When I met with Matt, he was exactly what I needed: professional, compassionate, honest, and direct. He moved quickly when it mattered, communicated with me throughout the process, and never made me feel like I was left wondering what was happening. He answers his phone, keeps you updated, and when something needs more than a phone call, he makes the time to sit down and talk it through. I know our situation isn’t completely over yet, but because of Matt and his team, we have the best possible outcome I could have hoped for at this point. More importantly, I feel like we are moving in the right direction. When you’re dealing with something serious involving someone you love, having an attorney who is both knowledgeable and genuinely human makes a tremendous difference.   I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Matt and Christy at Jarvis and Hamilton Law for everything they did for me and my family. My case started in a way I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I was arrested on a warrant while traveling, ended up spending my birthday in jail, and missed the all-inclusive resort vacation I had been looking forward to. Instead, I found myself at another “resort” I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody. 😂 Needless to say, things were scary and overwhelming in the beginning. That’s when Matt stepped in and got to work. From day one, Matt made sure I understood what was happening and took the time to explain everything to me. He kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, and even when I couldn’t reach him directly, he made sure to call me back. That meant a lot during a time when there were so many unknowns and so much anxiety. Christy was also absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, patient, and always willing to help. Having someone on the other end who genuinely cared made a difficult situation a little easier to navigate. My case was definitely a tricky one, and there were plenty of twists and stressful moments along the way. But Matt fought through it with me and my family from beginning to end. His knowledge, experience, dedication, and willingness to fight for me made a tremendous difference. Now that my case is finally over, I can honestly say that I am very happy with the outcome. I’m incredibly grateful for the work Matt put in and for the care he showed me throughout this entire battle. Thank you, Matt and Christy, for standing beside me when things were scary and uncertain. I truly appreciate everything you both did for me and my family.
