  Horrible experience with this law firm on my personal injury case. The attorney dragged his feet the whole time, and once the original paralegal got moved off my case, everything just stalled. Long stretches would go by with nothing happening, and getting updates felt like pulling teeth. I had to constantly call just to find out what was going on, and it was obvious my case was not a priority at all. Felt like they just let it sit instead of actually working it. I will say the original paralegal did what she could while she was on my case. I am glad I did not miss any deadlines because of her, and she made it easy to switch attorneys by uploading everything I needed so I did not get set back even more. Oh and to top it off I NEVER MET OR SPOKE TO THIS ATTORNEY. He likes to hide from clients. Once I hired a new attorney, things finally started moving and my case got settled way faster. That said a lot. Just do your research before hiring. Look at reviews and any public info out there and make your own decision. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  Pésimo servicio que no recomendaría, contrate al abogado porque según mi caso se arreglaba en 6 meses y ya llevo 2 años con lo mismo, negativa de llamadas y mensajes, jamás he tenido una comunicación concreta, hace 1 mes se actualizo la notificación en el constable y es fecha que no me ha notificado el abogado, miles de mensajes pero el ya cobro sus honorarios, Jamás lo recomendaría 0 atención,

  No pierdas tu tiempo contratando a Román y Rosario, son unos estafadores, en primer lugar Rosario no aclara que no es abogada, le marcas no contesta, le mandas mensaje no contesta! Nunca se tiene contacto con el tal Román todo es a través de la Rosario, ahorita se aprovechan de la gente que quiere sacar a su familiar de los centro de detención en San Antonio Tx, hasta en una corte Román le llegó a mentir al juez que según no había podido meter la papelería del detenido, porque lo habían operado de un ojo😆así nos tuvo por 3 meses sin hacer nada de nada! Se estaba haciendo menso dejando pasar más tiempo para que al final nos dijera que no se pudo, y si cobrar todo lo que cobró! Casi 20 mil dólares a la basura! Hasta que me llegó el contacto del abogado Juan Ángel Gómez que nos ayudó, y en tan solo una semana y pagando una sola cantidad de 4,000 dólares y gracias a Dios mi familiar salió, después le llamamos a Román para reclamar que no hizo nada y que devolviera el dinero y el ni enterado estaba que mi familiar ya había salido! Y es fecha que no da la cara! Solo te comunican con el si eres cliente nuevo! Así que no caigan con estos ladrones!

  I do not recommend this attorney or firm. He failed to provide adequate representation in my son’s two cases, demonstrating a lack of urgency, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. Communication was inconsistent, and it was clear our cases were not being handled with the care or priority they deserved. Additionally, despite multiple requests, my unused retainer has not been returned. This lack of accountability is extremely concerning. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Bar of Texas regarding this matter. I encourage others to do their own research, including reviewing past client feedback and any publicly available disciplinary history on the State Bar’s website, before choosing representation. If you are looking for reliable and responsive legal counsel, I strongly advise considering other options. Based on my experience, you may be better served seeking court-appointed counsel than retaining this firm.

  Por favor no Contraten a este abogado es pésimo, solamente te saca dinero y nunca hace nada para ayudarte él y su asistente son personas que solamente te dicen mentiras para sacarte dinero. Mi esposo estuvo encerrado seis meses y jamás el abogado. Armando Roman visitó ni le habló a mi esposo. Si hubiera la opción de darle cero estrellas, lo haría nunca te contesta las llamadas ni los mensajes solamente cuando le vas a pagar, ahora mismo estoy haciendo un reporte con la barra de abogados de Texas, para tratar de recuperar dinero que le pagué por servicios que no hizo.
