  I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to read reviews on Google and Yelp before hiring. I wish I had. I will say that my divorce was completed quickly, and I appreciated that. However, I was disappointed with the level of professionalism once my divorce was finalized. Throughout the process, the firm was very prompt when it came to billing and sending invoices, although I did notice some charges that I questioned. And this was just for a mediated divorce. After my divorce was finalized, I repeatedly requested a final invoice and asked whether I would be receiving any refund of unused funds. Nearly five months later, I still have not received a response or any follow-up. At this point, I'm not even expecting money back, but I do expect communication and closure. My experience was that responsiveness ended once the case was over. While they were very proactive when collecting payment, I felt abandoned when I simply needed a final accounting and answers to my questions. They told me once, that I'd receive something once the case has closed....again, that was months ago. I wish I felt confident recommending this firm to friends or family who need similar mediation services. Unfortunately, after my experience and the lack of communication following the completion of my case, I have found myself advising others to seek representation elsewhere.

  This law firm exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent, and I always felt like my case mattered. The team was professional, compassionate, and dedicated throughout the entire process. While legal services are an investment, their fees were fair and reflected the value of the work they put into my case. You definitely get what you pay for, and I am grateful I chose this firm.

  I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to do their research before hiring them. I understand that attorneys and court proceedings are expensive, and I expected the day in court to cost a significant amount. However, I was surprised by the number of additional charges that appeared on my bill. In my experience, the firm billed for even very brief communications, including text message responses, and those charges added up quickly. My concern is not with paying for legitimate legal work, but with the amount of nickel-and-dime billing that accumulated throughout the case, resulting in a much higher total cost than I anticipated. I specifically hired Rebecca to represent me, but when my court date arrived, another attorney appeared on my behalf instead. While I understand that firms sometimes have other attorneys cover hearings, I was disappointed because I expected the attorney I retained to personally handle my court appearance. This was my experience, and I recommend that prospective clients carefully review the firm’s billing practices and representation policies before making a hiring decision.
