  I have had the honor of working with Heidi Heinrich and her team for over a year now in regards to an ongoing custody case. Heidi was referred to me by a friend and she absolutely delivered at the final trial. I had a previous lawyer prior to Heidi and I am so glad I made the switch to her. She is honest and to the point which I appreciated and really helped guide me through my custody case. She is knowledgeable about the judicial process and helped me focus on the items that mattered in court and for my child's future. Her team is comprised of hard working, kind, and knowledgeable staff from Tabatha at the front desk, to her paralegals Jenae and Andrea. I will continue to be using the services of Heidi and her team if needed in the future and would recommend them to anyone going through a high conflict or custody case.

  I cannot recommend Heidi enough. After another attorney completely mishandled my custody case, I made the decision to switch to Heidi, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. This custody battle was the hardest time of my life. From the beginning, Heidi helped me understand that custody cases are a long game. She gave me honest advice, realistic expectations, and never lost sight of what mattered most. Throughout the entire process, Heidi stood by my side. She is incredibly diligent, strategic, and genuinely cares about doing what is in the best interest of the child. She knows the judges and understands what evidence and arguments matter the most to your judge. Most importantly, if your case is headed to trial, Heidi is absolutely the attorney you want standing next to you. She seriously excels in the courtroom. She is confident, prepared, professional, and commands respect in the courtroom. My custody battle was truly horrendous, but thanks to Heidi's dedication, skill, and persistence, I could not have asked for a better outcome. She fought for my child and his future every step of the way and she completely changed the trajectory of my son's life. Knowing he now has the stability, opportunities, and support he needs to thrive is something I will be forever grateful for. Heidi is a serious rockstar both in and out of the courtroom, and I will forever be grateful for everything she has done for us!

  Kyle Christian mediated a case I was involved in. He treated the engagement as a complete joke. Would not be surprised if he masquerades as a clown in local county rodeos when he isn't invoicing for time spent dabbling in one's personal legal affairs. Would not recommend electing Kyle to represent you for any legal matter. He will tell you about his commitment to outstanding client service but it's all part of the facade. EDIT: As you can see in his reply he will do anything to protect his own image over taking accountability for treating the engagement as less than serious. Multiple times throughout the 9 hour mediation he made jokes about my character and the situation being mediated. Deflecting to the dissatisfaction of the agreement is only a cop-out. I am only providing this review based on the interaction with Kyle. If there was a choice in mediator, I was not made aware of it being new to family law. Avoid Kyle Christian as a mediator and representation. His model is purely transactional and he will string you along for his own personal benefit there's no doubt. If you don't believe me, do yourself a service and search records in Travis and Williamson Counties. He needs all the cases he can get in order to account for his own civil & criminal legal battles.

  Heidi was fantastic! (to say the least) She was awesome. I had two previous attorneys that were so unprofessional. I spent a year with one and wasted 20k. The 2nd attorney had no idea what she was doing. Both were very degrading. My friend recommended I call Heidi. If I would have known about her from the beginning I would’ve hired her. (My divorce wouldn’t have taken 1.5 years). I have a lot of anxiety in general so coming into this I was already a goner. She kept me calm and collected and guided me through the entire process step by step. I felt heard and respected in my situation. I can’t speak highly enough about her. I’m so grateful for her fighting spirit.
