  I cannot recommend G.J. Chavez & Associates enough!   Worst customer service experience ever. No one ever calls back, and every time I call I spend 15–20 minutes giving all my information again with no response or follow-up. After calling for 2 weeks, I finally received a call back just to be told they don’t even handle my case. Very poor communication and a complete waste of time. Extremely disappointing experience .

  I contacted this firm to help with a speeding ticket that I received and they were outstanding. They didn’t just do the bare minimum like other law firms that would basically just get you set up on deferred or whatever (the same thing you can do on your own by contacting the court and requesting it). In my case, they went above and beyond, moving it from a difficult city court to the county court, and then getting it dismissed outright! I cannot recommend them enough if you have a need for a lawyer. So glad I found them!

  Absolutely atrocious and joke of a law office. I called 4 days ago about a ticket I wanted to contest. I spoke to an initial intake person, then was called back by Isabel H. Isabel took ALL my information including a picture of my ticket, my ID, and my proof of insurance. Isabel assured me I’d get a call today from an attorney to move forward. 10 minutes after the call was scheduled I called in and spoke with someone else. She told me they don’t take my kind of ticket because it’s not considered “criminal”. 4 days. 4 days I could have been working with another law office. 4 days I could have been building my case to defend myself against bogus charges, but instead it was wasted by incompetent people practicing semantics not law, who unfortunately make more money than myself or anyone reading this. Stay FAR away because if they can’t even do appointments right I fear to think of what they’re going to do to your case!

  This law firm is a total waste of money and time. They take a week to respond, charge you ( via MetLife legal plan 1.5 hrs but only had a 20 min call) for their initial conversation. Then after multiple emails asking for a timeframe to review a document tell you " find another firm).
