  Worst customer service experience ever. No one ever calls back, and every time I call I spend 15–20 minutes giving all my information again with no response or follow-up. After calling for 2 weeks, I finally received a call back just to be told they don’t even handle my case. Very poor communication and a complete waste of time. Extremely disappointing experience .
