  This is my honest review of Sergio Sanchez Law Firm. I want to start by saying I am a sole parent to my child. I have no help, and I work extremely hard to provide everything he needs. When my son needed a lawyer, I did my research. I compared reviews and chose Mr. Sergio Sanchez because of his background as a former prosecutor and the strong reputation he presented online. At the time, I also saw he was involved in politics and spoke about values like family, community, honesty, and not wasting people’s time things that mattered to me. After explaining my son’s case, I was told representation would cost $10,000. For my child, I was willing to do whatever it took. I paid $2,000 upfront without even speaking to him directly he had his receptionist relay that he would take the case. Looking back, that should have been a red flag, but I trusted his reputation. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. Before the first court hearing, I couldn’t get in contact with him. He appeared via Zoom. For the second court date, again no communication he appeared by phone. As a worried mother navigating a very serious situation, this lack of communication added unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I tried to be patient because I believed I had hired one of the best. I told myself to trust the process. But as time went on, it became clear that I did not have the representation my son deserved. There was no guidance, no reassurance, and no accessibility. The final straw was when he failed to show up to our last court date with no explanation. At that point, I had already paid $7,000. I made the difficult decision to cut ties because I needed someone reliable, present, and willing to fight for my child. As a parent dealing with a serious situation, you need more than just a name you need communication, accountability, and advocacy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Sanchez as a lawyer. And given the level of responsibility required in public service, I also would not trust him to represent the community if he cannot fulfill obligations to paying clients. This situation has not only been financially draining but emotionally exhausting. It forced me to start over in the middle of an already difficult legal process, something no parent should have to go through.
