One of the first and most important actions that you can take if you are facing drug charges is to decline to discuss your case with law enforcement officials. Local and state police officers, drug task force members and federal agents will take the information that you provide in an interview or a statement and use it to build a case against you. By hiring an experienced criminal attorney as soon as possible, you can help ensure that your rights are protected in any criminal investigation.
When our clients at Law Office of Holmes, Moore, Waldron, & Parrish suffer damages, either physically or financially, we can represent them in civil litigation to obtain the compensation that they deserve. Whether you are seeking skilled slip and fall attorneys or legal representation for complex injury claims, our personal injury attorney team makes every attempt to resolve civil matters through mediation and settlement negotiation. However, we are also seasoned litigators who prepare every case as if it is going to trial.
DWIs are a major issue in the state of Texas, and navigating the legal system can be as complex as handling an auto or motorcycle accident claim. Depending on your driving record and prior history, a conviction could lead to imprisonment. Even a first offense carries serious consequences—including fines, jail time, loss of driving privileges, and surcharges. Whether you need a dedicated DWI defense or an experienced auto or motorcycle accident lawyer, the courts require a strong, knowledgeable defense to protect your rights.

Had an amazing experience with Mr. Waldron. He was quick, efficient and successful. He did not make any empty promises and was very real from the beginning. 10/10 would recommend him for any future needs.

I have nothing but praise and appreciation for these guys. My license has had the interlock requirement for almost 30 years, so going back 30 years in time to get the necessary documentation to have this requirement lifted seemed impossible.
Every path to success seemed blocked and I was beginning to accept the possibility that I would have to have the device for the rest of my driving career.
I explained my situation to my current lawyer, Rusty Phenix, and he referred me to Law Office of Holmes, Moore, Waldron and Parrish.
They IMMEDIATELY went to work for me. A few emails concerning documentation were exchanged, but, other than that, they got the job done in a few weeks. When everyone else said it was a hopeless endeavor and to accept my fate, these guys got the job done in record time.
It was like I had David Copperfield working for me, magically fixing my problems!

David Moore put our minds at rest during our first meeting. Left his office knowing that he had this. His tenacity and aggressive negotiations were legendary. His efforts resulted in a shockingly good outcome for us. Literally looked at each other asking,” how did he do that?”.
