  I've dealt with this office several times and about a year ago when I interacted with Linda, she came off very kind but after this interaction today, apparently it was a condescending tone I was picking up on rather than genuine kindness. She was rather rude this last interaction. She seemed inconvenienced having to answer questions that I had and then whenever she told me that I should talk to a lawyer about my question, she didn't even bother to try and schedule me there at their office or point me in any direction to help. Ok, I get your office doesn't "do that type of thing" but you don't have to be dismissive just because you're not getting money from me. Lastly, she made me feel stupid regarding my questions and then when I told her, "Ok, well I appreciate your time.", she responded with a short "Sure." Then hung up on me. Yeah, I won't be dealing with this office anymore and I wouldn't recommend you do either. You'd be wasting your time.
