  I had an outstanding experience with this firm handling my 18-wheeler crash case. Sean McCarthy was thorough, responsive, and clearly understood the complexities involved with commercial trucking litigation.   In CWA District 6, we value our continued partnership with Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP! Their dedication to serving our members is such that we have integrated a presentation of their Rapid Response Program (given by Eloy Gaiten) into our yearly district conference. We want our union members to know that they have access to such an incredible resource, especially in an emergency. Every interaction I have had with their staff has been so pleasant/personable. Throughout the duration of last year’s conference, Toi made herself available to our attendees for questions and it was such a pleasure to work with her!
