  Very unprofessional in my opinion. My employer recommended Suzanne Schwab- Radcliffe. I had to email, text and call the office many times before I could get a simple update. I was still wanting to proceed and sent messages, more emails and even called the office several times to discuss fees so we could proceed. I didn’t think I had to work so much to get fee information. I was never reached out to again after multiple attempts.

  I reached out to Suzanne Schwab-Radcliffe in 2025 and I was trying to get a LIFETIME PROTECTIVE ORDER with my Daughters name on it removed (That took a judge and the Office of the Attorney General of TX 15 mins to create over a computer screen). This had been in place for about 5 years before I reached out to Suzanne. Suzanne was able to get it removed. While I'm on this planet, I will never forget receiving a letter in the mail from the OAG of TX, stating that my LIFETIME PROTECTIVE ORDER has been TERMINATED. Even writing this, I can't help but smile. I was put in an extremely bad situation and Suzanne got me out of it. I worked with her and her three - four EXTREMELY EFFICIENT Paralegals directly while this process took place, and I know I wasn't an easy client to represent. I had been BEYOND PISSED OFF for some years at this point, so use your imagination. I'm 40 years old and this OAG PO, was by far the hardest and most life changing circumstance I've had to go through. Suzanne fixed that for me. I would recommend utilizing her services 100 out of 100 times and I wish I would have given her a call years before I did. Thank You Ma'am.
