  My husband went through this law firm and pays $2,000 for child support for 2 kids and the custodial parent left with the kids to Dallas. I begged him to have my lawyer look over the order and she told him that Labak should have known better and that if a parent goes to another city the child support is supposed to be way lower. Why didn’t this law firm advise him on this? He paid $10,000. And now we are needing to change the order for child support. Ppl please do your research before choosing them. Mr. Tabak: the custodial parent moved 5 hours away, that’s a 10 hour trip. You could have asked the judge to take that into consideration or she could have left the girls in Harris county. My husband’s name is Reginald Sharpe, not like it really matters now. And I did not take what the other lawyer said out of context. Her options were: Pay less child support or have the children stay with the father and the mother can leave. You can’t just get up and leave the city with the children unless is for a job and the custodial parent does not have a job 😭

  Nothing came out of my case and i didn’t receive any updates regarding how to move forward or anything really. I guess it was a dead end. I think with future clients communicating would be appreciated, atleast to let your client know that there’s nothing that can be done instead of ghosting them. Update: Right after submitting this review i received an email declaring our lawyer-client relationship terminated. I got in contact with this lawyer at the end of Oct 2023. Last email i received from you was in December 7th 2023. I didn’t hear from you at all 2024. We are now in 2025… i’m not sure who exactly you contacted a “few weeks ago”.

  I called to retain this attorney. He took all my information and that was 2 weeks ago. I call and leave messages no return call or respond to my email. I now fear I’ve provided information that now will be shared. Run!! Don’t waste your time. He’s probably a fraud himself!! Shame on your Adam!!!
