  I was treated like shit. I spent nearly a week trying to explain a serious, time-sensitive matter, repeatedly providing information and clarification that should have been read and understood the first time. I was given reason to believe my case was being seriously evaluated, but his questions repeatedly showed that he had not actually processed what I was sending him. After making me spend even more time explaining material I had already provided, he ultimately bailed with a two-sentence rejection. In my experience, that was disrespectful, careless, and professionally shitty behavior. He wasted my time, failed to listen, and failed to give the material the serious attention he led me to believe it was receiving. Based on the way he handled me, I would not recommend him.

  Dale at Quisenberry Law was quick to respond and extremely thorough in his responses. In addition to his response, he included links that helped explain policy regarding the process for obtaining a trademark. He filed the forms within a couple of days and then followed up to let me know what to expect over the next few months. Highly recommend his service!

  Dale gave us sound advice and SUPER quick service. And unlike many attorneys, I did not feel like he was just chasing my checkbook. He gave us his counsel about what needed to be done, gave the price and executed all the services per the agreed price. He stayed in constant communication. I told him we were leaving town on Wednesday but was in a hurry to meet with him and he even squeezed us into his tight schedule on short notice. Great experience! Thanks Dale!!!
